Good morning.

 

I have been having connectivity issues and performed a line test whereby TT identified a problem.

 

I have been asked to book an Open Reach engineer but am unable to do so as per attached?

Morning, I did and engineer is booked for tomorrow although Internet has been fine since.

 

I have an AM appointment but can you confirm when the window starts just so I can make sure I am available.
