I am currently waiting for a moving date. I am moving to an area where Talk Talk doesn’t provide a service. When the time comes what do I need to do to cancel? I am out of contract - are the broadband charges paid a month in advance?

You will need to phone and give 30 days notice of cancellation.
After the cancellation date you will get a final bill and be able to claim a refund, if any, via My Account, so it is important you do not cancel your direct debit as the refund will be made via the method you normally pay.
