Hi - my Fibre 35 contract is coming to an end and I want to upgrade to Full Fibre. My two neighbours already have full fibre connections (not Talktalk). However when I checked in My Account it says that full fibre isn't available to my address at any speed . Curiously if I go into the Talktalk website as a new customer it tells me that full fibre is indeed available. Is there any way of checking which is correct?
