Just renewed Broadband contract, have been sent an eero 6, no phone socket. Will have to keep the original router. Need to connect phone. Do I need to send eero back?

You should have got a Grandstream Digital Voice adapter, the support team will pick this up tomorrow and advise further.

Yes I have VoIP but no adapter, just the eero. Do I have to order one?

Did you order a Full Fibre service with VoIP? If so, TalkTalk should have arranged an adapter for your phone which connects via the eero.

I believe you use one of the 2 sockets there are for the phone.
@ferguson do you have this set up? Mine's data only.
