VOIP will not accept incoming calls

I have full fibre 150 and use a Grandstream adapter for my landline phone. Over the last week I find I can make outgoing calls but incoming calls are met by a message saying this phone is unavailable.

Has anyone else had this problem recently and any suggestions how to fix it?

I will phone again to talk talk today but now losing patience my husband needs incoming call from his cancer nurses and is expecting a phone call from his consultant in 4 days time.

I have same problem.in fact I am thinking of changing supplier as talk talk can't seem to fix it .I have been a customer for a very long time .I didn't even want full fibre .but was told I was going to be cut off on 31 November.all I want is a normal phone and internet.

Problem solved. I turned off the Grandstream for a couple on minutes then turned it on again! Seems OK now.
