TalkTalk will deal with connecting you to Full Fibre, after you arrange with TalkTalk to do so, and while you are arranging with them

to upgrade, you should mention to them that you want to keep your current telephone number.

Has your current fixed term contract come to an end?

And is Full Fibre available in your area? To see:

Go to https://www.talktalk.co.uk/ > Click 'Broadband' at the top > Click 'Full Fibre' >Enter your postcode > And you'll if and what options are available.

Once you've seen what's available, and there's something you like, you can then call TalkTalk at 0345 172 0088 to ask for an Upgrade.

How much extra it will cost, you will not know, until you talk to them.
