Two days ago my WiFi went down and was showing an amber light, I’ve conducted a line test that says there is no issues with the line. I was then told to turn the router off for 20 mins which did nothing. I’ve done a reset on the router and no change. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with somebody on the live chat and had no help. Most recently this morning I’ve had the chat shut down twice saying agents will be available from 8am, despite messaging past 8am. Any suggestions?
