- How many eeros do you have, is it just the one?
- Is the gateway eero connected OK to the internet?
- What make/model/Operating system of laptop are you having problems with?
- Is the problem that your laptop detects the eero's wifi, but cannot connect to it?
- Where in your property is the eero(s) situated and where is the laptop?
- Do other WiFi devices detect & connect to the eero(s) OK?
