Replacement eero problems

I was sent an additional eero to improve signal reach in my house. The additional eero i was sent was faulty so I spoke to someone online on Saturday (8 June) who said a new one would be sent out express delivery and would take 2 to 3 days to arrive.

On Thursday (13 June), when it still hadn't arrived, I spoke to someone else online and they said it was due to be delivered that day.

Having waited in all Thursday afternoon in case it was delivered, it is now Friday (14 June) and it still has not arrived.

Please could you help.
