I will need more info to be able to help you, please can you answer these questions:-

 

  1. How many eeros do you have, is it just the one?
  2. Is the gateway eero connected OK to the internet?
  3. What make/model/Operating system of laptop are you having problems with?
  4. Is the problem that your laptop detects the eero's wifi, but cannot connect to it?
  5. Where in your property is the eero(s) situated and where is the laptop?
  6. Do other WiFi devices detect & connect to the eero(s) OK?
