You'll need to phone 03451 720088 and they will check your line and talk you through some checks. Phone lines open 9am.

 

Post back if you still need help at the start of the week, but make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk phone number  / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
