Hi, recently signed up to Fibre150 and the EERO was sent to me. Everything was fine until I did not know where to plug the Landline phone in. Since found out I should have been sent a Digital Voice Adapter, but alas it was not in the package. Can somebody tell me how to get through to Talk Talk and discuss this as I`ve been on the chatline (with bot) and non of the subjects help me to get through to talk to anyone. thanks

Hi, Thanks for msg. Only just found it in the Spam...Received the DVA, Everything getting better. Didn`t realise until today that we had no phone. So I just took the power plug out and restarted it again and everything better.
Although I have to say the speed can be intermittent at the moment. Might do a speed test soon and see what happens then.
