contract renewal

since november I have been trying to renew my contract but after 5 or 6 attempts the order keeps getting rejected and nobody a TT are unable to resolve this issue.

Any help would be great.

The best approach is probably to call the retentions team directly, try 0345 172 5157.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
