hi i cancel my full fiber installation but talktalk has sent me a new router and a recycle bag . if i send my old router am i accepting full fiber or should i send the new one . (if i do not send any i will be charged £50 help

Return the new router you wont be charged.

I would make sure that your Full Fibre order has been cancelled first. The support team here can check that for you, but bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
