I tried to video call someone in USA last night. The audio part worked but the video part started off and then packed up. He could see and hear me but I could only hear him. Why?

Hi Katy,

I'm sorry to hear this. If this does happen again then please let us know.

Thanks

So, all fine today. Sometimes Skype sends a feedback questionnaire immediately after a call - if the service you use does that, it's worth telling them.

Never had a problem when I was with BT. The person I was calling works in IT. The only thing he could come up with was a poor download speed. Today tested my speeds and TalkTalk thinks everything is ok.

It can be a problem with Skype / Zoom or whatever you used, not necessarily Talktalk's issue, @KatyChat.
