I understand, please note the issue with the phone is said to be resolved now, because you reported two issues namely your router flashing constantly I'd advise that you contact our tech support team from Fullfibre who will be able to run diagnostics for you.

Hey @francespaul. It seems that the issue has no been resolved as per our latest update. Please reboot your router and try to use the phone again to see if there is any change on side.
