i upgraded to Full fibre at the start of november and as reqested returned my old router in the bag supplied via a post office parcel box, now weeks later they send me another bag asking the return of the old equipment and a possible £50 fine if i do now????? ive already sent it weeks ago using there own bag and postage label This is REALLY not good
