i upgraded to Full fibre at the start of november and as reqested returned my old router in the bag supplied via a post office parcel box, now weeks later they send me another bag asking the return of the old equipment and a possible £50 fine if i do now????? ive already sent it weeks ago using there own bag and postage label This is REALLY not good

Thank you arne im not sure whats happened to the parcel i sent the router back around 10th november at a post office drop box, its royal mail tho wouldnt suprise me at all its got lost really
