I am at my wits end.
Can’t make outgoing calls to anyone, mobile, landline, home or abroad.
We can receive.
This problem has persisted since ‘connection’ August 14th 2023.
4 engineers of various levels have attended (3 days off work)
Everytime I get a message saying problem solved - it isn’t.
Hours spent in chats and speaking to real but useless people at Talk Talk.
I have answered the same questions, carried out the same tests, had the same rubbish spouted at me. The best being “i understand you have been told it is fixed even though it hasn’t, we have to say that if it has been escalated’ ????
I have an ‘open complaint’. Not had two promised call backs.
I think Talk Talk are in breach of contract so I can probably just cancel without penalty.
I dont want to just stop paying so where do I write to to get some answers?

@Cotswold12, staff on here will be back during the day, if you want to try giving this another go.
You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Add your Talktalk landline number in Personal Information.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu.....SAVE CHANGES.
If you simply want to leave you must phone 03451 720088, between 9am and 7pm (weekdays), till 6pm Saturday. You'd need to discuss the reasons, to avoid early termination fees etc.
If you want to complain, follow the process on the link at the foot of the page.
