Since I cancelled CallSafe all incoming calls are showing as 'withheld'. Raised the issue over the chat lines and was assured that ptroblem would be fixed after 24 hours. 48 hours now passed and problem still persists!
Caller display is set on.

Can you test caller display in a few hours the network team have re-added it now.

Have just checked my home phone details and Caller Display is now showing as not set.
Should I now reset it? or is the fault still being investiigated.

The issue has been raised , looks like the calling features are not transferring over when Voip is added.
I have logged the fault for you.

Ok we might have to turn off caller display and then re-add it, if that doesn't work then we can log it as a fault. I will do it now, can take a few hours to kick in so retest either late tonight or tomorrow then let us know.

CallSafe is showing as off.
I asume it is working ok because calls are coming through but still showing as withheld.

It looks like the request to remove callsafe has not completed, So I have asked the ops team to fix the problem.
Will let you know when I get an update.

I did try to switch off Caller Display and switch back on but system would not let me.
Still shows as ON

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you also tried removing the Caller Display service in your My Account and then re-added this again?
