When I renewed my contract for Fibre 65 in March 2023 I wanted to cancel the anytime call boost. After talking to lots of agents I was told that it would have to be done by the back room staff. I was given a 6 months credit and promised that it would be sorted by then, it was not. It still shows on my account.
Before I go and waste another 3 hours of my life talking to more agents is there anyone here that can help?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
