I pay £16.45pcm for anytime plus calls yet i'm still being charged for local calls

Hi Clemo

 

Our billing team will pick this up, looks like the boost wasn't activated correctly until the 21st, all calls after that are showing as free. 

 

Credits will be applies accordingly to your account.

@Clemo, are you on a legacy package or using the phone boost?

 

The Anytime Calls are usually £16.00 per month in addition to core broadband and line, if not discounted.

 

Remember that you must hang up before the hour is up each time unless you are sure it's a fellow Talktalk customer (maximum 3 hours for Talktalk:Talktalk calls).
