Just renewed my package with TalkTalk and since then my CallSafe has stopped blocking unknown calls. Checked my account and callsafe is still enabled. I don't want to turn it off and back on as it will lose two years worth of data...
Any other suggestions?

We have the same issue with Call Safe. As of yesterday we've been getting unwanted marketing calls. I've dialled 1472 then 1 to reinstate Call Safe, but with no effect. the calls keep coming.

Hi Chris,
Just rang our line from my wife's mobile which is a new sim and it rang with no intercept. Don't know if the fact I tested it the same way earlier means the system thinks it is an allowed number so I'll wait for now and see if I get any more unwanted sales calls like those I received earlier today....
