Call bar on VoiP

I've been trying to block some numbers on call bar - it's a brilliant option, which I've used a lot for spam callers, but I've just changed to full fibre with VioP for the landline. However, it's just dawned on me why I can't now use my handset to block any numbers: the tones from the handset aren't registering on VoiP.

Is there an alternative way of doing this now?

Thanks @Debbie-TalkTalk  - I've set it up, but not had a chance to test it myself yet or get feedback from people calling.

Morning

I've checked and have been advised that call safe should work ok.

You have me on that one Brian, except for the fact that the DTMF tones are converted into whichever VoIP signalling protocol the system uses. I'll ask TalkTalk to comment on this for you.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
