CallSafe can you turn it off

Hi

 

Can you turn off CallSafe as I cannot on my account.  As you are going  to charge £1 a month and it's not working anyway.

 

CallSafe isn't available with Digital Voice

 

You currently have Digital Voice, which uses your broadband connection instead of a traditional landline. Because of this, CallSafe is not available on your service.

Talktalk forum is the best place to ask question and get things sorted.

Make sure that you have pop ups and redirects enabled, or try a different browser. Otherwise, get in touch with customer services directly and they can remove it for you. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
