Caller ID wont update

I have gone into my account and ticked the option for Caller ID and clicked update but a new screen message says, 'Sorry, we cannot bring you the page you were after'.

 

I have tried to speak on the bot chat but they cannot help other than saying that the centre is affected by an issue.

 

In the meantime, I am not able to screen or see any numbers on my phone. 

 

Please help

@kathybanks I’m pleased to let you know that I’ve successfully added the Caller ID feature for your account from my end. It should be effective within the next 2 to 24 hours.

Please check again after this time frame, and you should be able to see the numbers on your phone. If you encounter any further issues or need additional support, feel free to reach out.
