I have been with Talk Talk for a number of years. Last month, caller ID has stopped working. I have tested phone on alternative socket and have purchased new phone bit still problem persists. I have been advised to go into "My Account" and select Caller ID check box. This option does NOT exist on my account options although I'm sure it was recently - seems strange? I have not changed any settings at any time before - why should I - if it works don't fix it! Can anyone help?
