I have been a TalkTalk customer for many years but almost every time I telephone for help or advice I cannot understand what the agent is saying - even after asking him or her to repeat!  How can I ensure that I speak to someone who speaks clear understandable English?

Alternatively, if you tell us what issues you are having with your phone service at the moment then the support team here will be happy to help.
