Hi
A bit of background.
Had 150 fibre installed in house with Eero 6 router and phone adapter Grandstream HT801 about a week before. With the phone plugged in to the HT 601, everything worked perfectly for about 5 days until caller display started to say anonymous caller. I have checked everything including my account to make sue it is switched on. TalkTalk technical chat had a go of fixing it, but failed,
Any suggestions would be welcome.

That sounds like a TT systems error, you will probably need to speak to the Full Fibre Helpdesk on 0345 172 0074. Their opening hours are Monday -Friday 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday: Closed.
