We were recently transferred to TalkTalk, by our previous provider (Shell Energy), which has "sold out".
I have been trying for two days to add numbers to our "Calling Circle", either by clicking on "add" in "My Calling Circle allowances" or by clicking on one of the spaces in "My Calling Circle". In either case, a box comes up, which allows me to enter the number and type (landline, mobile, foreign or 0845). However, when I click on "submit", the whole screen turns pale grey, and then nothing happens, either to confirm that the number has been registered, or to allow me to move on. The only option seems to be to "quit".
Also, on the website, all efforts seem to direct queries to "community", and there seems to be no link that allows us to contact TalkTalk themselves directly!
Any ideas gratefully received!

It will be any pop-up blockers that are enabled there is a confirmation button that pops up to confirm.

Make sure that any ad blockers are disabled and/or allow pop ups and redirects. Or try another browser.
