I have had to change my package which has now gone up so I only what broadband . Don’t use home landline very much

Do you have an anytime phone boost or a call boost included in you package?
If so staff can remove this for you.
If not then you are not saving anything as the phone is part of the line into your home.
You can either not use the phone for outgoings calls so you won't incur any calls charges, or if you don't want the phone at all, disconnect it from the socket but you may miss incoming calls that others make to you.
Please confirm if it's a boost you need removing.
