Yes, Callsafe appears to have come back for some customers rather mysteriously, @wgcuser.
If you don't want the use of it and can't find a way to remove it from My Account, ring 03451 720088 during the day or use Chat to get it removed.
Probably have to use your mobile to ring for now....!
It's worth reporting to Chat, as they are open till 9pm, that the phone line is not working.
Forum staff will be back on here from c 7am and will need you to be at home while they run checks on your line.
