Changing to Evening & Weekend Inclusive package

When I was with Post Office I was on a package that included Evening & Weekend calls free and inclusive. I got switched to TalkTalk (not my choice) but now I find they are not honouring this package and I am being charged the same as daytime calls. There seems to be no way online to switch to a different package - how can I do it?
