Trying to change my TT package from 150 full fibre to a lower speed as my cost is now over £45.00 per month. which is ridiculus.  Need something below £30.00. 
cant find anywhere on my page online to do this, keeps taking me to phone addons.

Be wary if this is mid contract, though. There may be a charge of some sort if you are not close to the end of a minimum term contract.
