Hi, asking a question on behalf of my elderly disabled neighbour, she's had a call to say that the copper wire phone lines are being disconnected shortly. Engineers came out a while back to install fibre optic cable but refused to install as the driveway had only recently been block paved and they don't disturb anything under five years old.
I'm concerned that my neighbour is going to be without a phone line and although she has a mobile phone, reception is not great where we live.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to escalate this issue with Talktalk. Thanks
