How do I get talktalk emergency help to an elderly neighbour sorting his house out after a flood. Needs line check, new socket and router etc. needs to reinstate broadband and phone etc.

I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you add your neighbours name, home telephone or account number and also an alternative contact number to the Private Notes section of your Community Profile and we can raise this straight over to our Faults Escalation Team for your neighbour to be contacted. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.
