FTTP no ring calls

Since FTTP went live my landline phone is receiving no ring calls every 30 min or so. Left unattended for a day my phone call memory is full and I cant make calls. Anny help please

It's a known issue with certain types of handset and Full Fibre, @stew1.

If staff don't pick this up today  it will be after the weekend.

Can be sorted remotely by them.
