Hi Re the above fault on my home phone/landline. The engineer attended last night and confirmed an external fault. His report should be attached to this fault reference. My understanding is that an Open reach engineer is required but your case tracker says that the fault is closed. The fault still exists so please reopen it or reclarify the position Kind Regards

I'm sorry for the delay. We've received an update to advise that Openreach have resolved the fault. Is your voice service now working ok?
