Been away to return to faulty landline - again (yawn)!
Run usual tests but nothing, please investigate and repair asap. In the meantime please place a divert to number ending 135.

Sorry, I missed your responses as they went to my junk folder. Did get a call from the engineer yesterday to say the line had been fixed. Thanks alot for your intervention.

Line tests pick up a fault.
We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours.
We can check the fault ticket next week for an update
