Following VOIP successful migration my number is now withheld I tried to update in my own account but it already states withheld number is not ticked. I tried to access the digital voice web page but just get an error message. I contacted talktalk help yesterday and was advised the withhold number was deactivated however my number still shows as private unless I dial 1470 any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your post. Can I just confirm, when did this transfer over? Could you try adding the witheld number in your My Account and once this shows as active (this can take up to 24hrs) then try removing this from your My Account please.
