HI I have the above but it seems the caller waiting just cuts into the call and you cannot hear the caller until the second caller hangs up, can take 30seconds+ and is very annoying it has been like this since supplied, I have called several times and they just seem to try turning caller waiting off on my account but it does not work. I think you need to access the grandstream box in side my property all I want is the good old fashioned engaged tone for the second caller PLEASE.

Thank you yes this has now been resolved, its a shame it took nearly 18months but eventually a couple of people have taken interest and have the ability to sort it out,

If you are talking about my question then it did not even mention it on the listed services so I assume its off, I have spoken many times to the helpline they have switched it off on off again etc, then they say you need to leave it 24hours etc I assume just to get me off the phone? as it always ends up with the same situation, of being on the phone some one calls me and the original caller is just blanked off and I can hear no one for 30ish seconds the second caller finally hangs up after hearing the we know you are waiting message and then I can hear the first caller again. PLease can this be sorted its driving me round the bend! Im sure they can see the amount of times I have tried to call and get it sorted.

On mine no dial tone and unable to ring out or in, I did power everthing down and it's now back working.
I checked in settings and noticed standard voicemail ticked which I didn't realise it was would that have anything to do with it? when i dialled 1571 there was only one garbled message at 7:20 yesterday.

So just to confirm, if you log into your My Account it shows that this is switched off? Has this ever been activated in your My Account before? I'm also still waiting to hear back from the team.

no message it just cuts the caller out so I cannot hear them, on the box instructions it mentions caller waiting can be switched off and on so as I do not have on at the exchange it must be the actual box that needs altering, just a tick box I guess.
