how do I rectify my caller ID not showing?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. When did this happen? Are you able to access the setting in My Account? If so and it shows as enabled try turning it off and then wait for a few hours before enabling it again.
