Hello, I am a broadband customer but have had the email from TalkTalk about no longer being a broadband customer and signing up to Everymail for a subscription fee.
I had the same last year which you thankfully resolved, I was told the problem was sorted, but it obviously isn't.
I really don't want to keep going through this process every year. I haven't touched my settings so everything should be the same from when it was resolved last year.
Can someone sort this please?
