Hi my cordless dect phone says fixed line in use when trying to call it so get no inbound calls p.s only got the one handset connected to the line except for my broadband which works fine

Hi tried new filter and handset was still saying fixed line in use then I reset the base station and can now receive incoming calls thanks

Hi Debbie tried with a new filter but was the same handset kept saying fixed line in use then I rest the base station and now can receive incoming calls thanks for your help

What package are you on? Unless full fibre, what happens if you move the phone to the test socket behind the master socket's removable faceplate, and connect it via a new microfilter or at least a known good one?
