Home phone rings but line is dead if I ring out same thing completely dead so no one can get through or call out tried unplugging etc but no difference can’t find a number to call customer service support

Hi Riley,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Has this been happening since the weekend? Are you currently using the eero and digital voice adapter? Could you try rebooting both devices and then re-test the voice service again please?
