Ever since switching to Fibre150 I've had problems with my landline (VOiP).
I've had umpteen conversations with their technical people but the service is still rubbish so after over 6 years with TalkTalk I'll be changing to a different supplier.
My advice to anyone is resist changing your landlines to VOiP.

I'm really sorry to hear this. Over the next couple of years, Openreach are phasing out copper landline services, so more and more suppliers are moving to a VOIP solution and in the future, this would be unavoidable.
Did our Tech teams help to investigate the issues you had with your VOIP service.
