After moving to full fibre 150 I cannot turn on CallSafe either through 1472 or in my Talktalk account. any ideas how I can get it working?

When you try to activate callsafe or any calling features ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled as a confirmation screen in the form of a pop up is presented that you need to confirm.
