Internet charges too expensive

Can I ask how long does my contract is end cause yours charged me too expensive now ( it’s up to 30 now ) 

If it expired so maybe I want to release it or cancel it

@1014310337, if you don't cancel it, the contract simply rolls on but without the discount....

If you wish to leave, Talktalk requires 30 days' notice. At this stage that already takes you to some pro rata out of contract rates.

You can ask another ISP to take over the number in a switch, and then Talktalk accepts that cancellation date.

Keep your Direct Debit in place until the final bill for £0.00 comes in.

You can view your contract end date in My Account  online if you look under packages and services from your dashboard.

This is due to end on 31st October.
