Staff tried to help during the week, but you didn't follow up, here, @Wackyjack:
I think they expected you to put a note on there to say you'd completed your details. They couldn't even identify your account if that was not done.
You are now in the same situation: this is the weekend, so you need to try to contact Talktalk directly to report this. As before, staff won't be able to pick up your topic before Monday.
It's better always to follow up on your original thread if it's more of the same issue, for continuity of support too.
