I have logged this several times after change over to Talk talk (via Shell) with no resolution, I ask again for you to contact Openreach to look into my land line connection

You need to speak to the Shell Migration team on the main service centre number of 0345 172 0088.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
